****For more severe pet treatments,where pet urine has penetrated through the sub-floor,we recommend:

​

1. Sealing the sub-floor,concrete,or plywood

2. Replacing the Padding

3. Treatment of the primary backing of the carpet,then

4. Allow it to dry for 24 to 36 hours before we re stretch and clean the carpet. This intensive pet treatment process will decrease the incidence of the pet odors returning-especially during the hot and humid months.
